    Communications costs and packages

At the moment MyCo pays for my mobile and landline/internet as they are part of my business costs. Given that they currently cost me about £50-60 pm I could save by going with virgin media (say) and getting mobile, landline and internet for £40 per month. Of course this also gives me virgin TV, not something I could justify business-wise.

So how would this be viewed? I've but my business costs by £10-20 per month, but I also now receive a TV service that I can't justify for business... can I put the package cost (£40) through the books?

I've been thinking about this, but my isp has been rock-solid and I'm not sure that the lack of support/service from the 'all in one' providers is worth the cost saving...

Ditto that - I prefer to keep all my comms separate, I firmly believe in the jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none philosophy. Given you are already making cost savings by having your mobile and internet covered by your company are the extra savings worth the potential drop in service?

I beleive that after the recent budget mobile accounts have to be in the name of a company to avoid BIK on personal calls.

You might have an issue with Virgin setting up a TV account in the name of a company, I know NTL used to refuse to do it.
