Worked in November and still no payment received!

    Ok..so work was done. I would expect you will get paid for this. Remember the agency gets a cut ..so good for them.

      Oh I keep leaving messages to the agent and he never calls me back or emails me back... I think he sees me as someone that he can make no more money from.. $%$^#$!@#

          You got paid, so congratulations. You got paid out of contract, even better, i.e. how can you be within IR35 when there is NO contract of services?

          Just stick the money into your Ltd, pay the taxes due on it and move on.

          Well done on getting some money out of them!
