    2 yrs Rule

2 yrs rule doesn't make any sense, why it has to be 2 yrs why not 3 why not 4.. 1..

Has it been challenged any time in past?

Look on the bright side, they could have made it a 1 year rule....

They just dreamt it up, after feasting, greedily, on human flesh. It's just another of their funny little ways.

Become an MP then you can claim everything tax free in perpetuity under any circumstances.

Does anyone in past tried to contest it?
For me also it doesn't make sense. Why it has to be there at all. A contractor can work on the same site for more than 2 yrs. Think of Olympics 2012 work 5 yrs to go.

What are the chances if anyone tries to drag it in court?
