After the budget, the admin company I invoice through moved me over to an umbrella company and started deducting PAYE and NI which meant that I no longer had to worry about IR35. I'm about to start a new contract (extension) but there is also a chance that a permanent position may come my way. So I'm thinking about opting back into The Conduct of Employment Agencies Regulations to get round the clause that would mean a fee being paid to my agency if I'm offered a permanent position. DOes anyone know of a reason why I shouldn't opt back in?
