So they say! I bet they are, as we speak, hurriedly flogging the remaining fixtures & fittings from their offices on e-bay, just before their taxis to the airport arrive. -
May I ask, "compliant" with what? Your business model is to employ contractors, pay them a salary, manage their expenses and pay their taxes using their generated income. So, other than the Companies Act and the various FSA rules, what compliances do you think apply to contractors?Blog? What blog...?

As far as I am aware, it is to do with their expense policy, company structure and regular HMRC audits. I haven't actually started the role yet (start on monday) and I will come back with more indepth answer then.Comment
