    How bad is shiftwork for being caught inside?

    My next gig operates on shifts. Is that enough to bring the contract inside or can I offset that with other stuff?

    Hours of work make no difference if they are necessary for you to fulfil the task in hand and do not represent D&C.

      I'd avoid references to shifts in the written contract though. It would be considered an employment term.
