My remarks are not libellous, particularly as you confirmed that you did offer an MSC solution. That is precisely why I rejected the opportunity of going down the limited company route with SJD, I believe you are an MSC Provider and therefore too high risk.

Never thought I would agree with Giant again but to their credit they seem to have a better grasp than SJD.

Hmm - for someone who claims to be a qualified accountant you are particuarly ignorant over tax matters.

Again, I would urge you to consider your position quite carefully.

The Inland Revenue have quite clearly provided me with all the confirmation we need which quite clearly shows SJD, and the likes of other genuine accountants to be outside of the legislation. I've also shared this information with people on this forum.

It is obvious from your posts under this alias and the others you have that your only intent on this forum is to descredit SJD - something I would of course expect from one of our competitors.
