Slightly but I think similar arguments will be used to defend any "Is my accountant an MSC Provider?" questions when we see the first cases going to court. In other words, attempting to penalise one party who has no control over a 3rd party's business practices or interpretation of them. I wonder when QDOS et others will put out an "MSC Insurance" product!
