See, if you calm down and do a bit of research instead of ranting, you could have issued them with a payment demand with interest added and perhaps even a winding up order by now. Tends to focus the mind rather better than endless phone calls.

i'm not graced with the time to spend researching the cockups of this company.
its also a bit hard to do that on the same day, i'm only interested in getting whats owed to me TODAY as i'm not even using their service anymore.
all what you say just makes the process slower.
trust me after the calls they got they want nothing more than to sever with me its just their inability to get even the most simple thing right thats holding up that process.
