I use Payscheme Plus but generally, reading threads and talking to them give rather different answers. What I'd like to know is has anyone here (UK domiciled) been investigated whilst using them, and did it go bad for you? Thanks.

Ok then, let me put it another way...why are you asking the question in the first place? Has Hector caught up with you?Originally posted by danthomas25I can't see how that would help someone answer the question!Comment

back again...
no i don't work for P+, and neither am i being investigated. I assume there isn't anyone out there who is? I am told by P+ legal that as a PSC it is unregulated due to the way the scheme is structured.
Still, am interested if there IS anyone out there who has been investigated... (back to original question...)Comment

Since the budget changes anything other than your own Ltd + accountant or straight forward Umbrella Co. is going to be a target for HMRC. Doesnt matter what the MSC/PSC etc say, this is how it is now.
If you are a bum on seat contractor who is clearly IR35 caught or are only contracting in the short term - months not years - then go with a standard Brolly like Parasol. Otherwise set up your own Ltd and get a good accountant."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment
