Is there still a need for Contract Reviews?

    Hi,

Quick question, is there still need to have a contract reviewed if the IR35 status determination falls upon the client?

If the client/agency has deemed the contract to fall Outside IR35 then that should be it. Is there any point to review the contract and go back and forth for slight wording changes?

    Thanks in advance

Is there a clawback clause? I.e. the client might be responsible for the determination, but is the agency going to make you liable for paying extra tax if they get it wrong?
