Thanks everyomne for the replies spoke to my accountant and they missed the pension payment off my accounts. It is now added as an business expense saving me 19% of 25KComment

Ask for compensation, say 3 hours of your time wasted, at £60 an hour
Then sack him
Lodge a complaint with its regulator
