You need to do some of your own research rather than asking basic questions and sending unsolicited PMs.

Your questions might be one liners to you but take a lot of explaining so better to learn it yourself.

What does your employer and new client think of you working on each others time? Have you told them? If not why not? Add breach of contract to your list of stuff to research.

did the basic research.. not an unsolicited PM at all. it was mentioned by the user that anyone can PM him if starting new.

Both emp/new client know about it and no issues at all as the other work will be over weekends..
