Anyone been to a small claims court? What's the process in the hearing?

    im not aware that magistrates do small claims courts.
    No such thing as "small claims court".

    It'll be the small claims procedure in your local county/sheriff/magistrate's court or somewhere like that.

      I got a letter saying it's been transferred from CTSC to Civil Justice Centre (Civil and Family Courts) as part of a Judge Draws Direction Order pilot case so need to look in to what that means. Small claims is just the name of the process.
