    Employer pension contribution

Hi All, I am a director of a Ltd Co and I have two employees. (myself and another employee). I heard that both employer contribution of pension and the salary sacrifice ways are possible and can do up to 40k even if the salary is minimal.. anyone know which way is better? Thanks

IIRC employer contribution is allowable for CT whereas salary sacrifice will confer no CT benefit but reduces NI (not sure if that's employee only)

You gonna give us the truth of the situation sometime further down the line so wasting everyones time? The other employee is your wife? Well news for you, she isn't.. and really, nor are you.

How about a bit more of the facts so we can help you rather than being deliberately vague to get the answer you want?

Have you thought about asking your accountant who actually has more than a tiny bit of the real story and can help you out properly?
