New to contracting, Ltd Company or PAYE

    I'm talking about the present time. I've never come across a client being refused payment from the agency if they're inside IR35 as the risk with still with the contractor.

    Re: Off-payroll rules, my public sector clients go through PAYE or brolly as you say. Technically, there is no reason why it can't be paid to the limited as the tax and NI has already been deducted so there is no risk to the fee payer as far as I'm aware. Perhaps there's less of an "incentive" allowing workers to continue through their PSC rather than the agency PAYE or associated brolly......
