If you mean is there some tax fiddle you can use that becomes available after you have been in business a certain length of time then the answer is no.

Of course. But not tax free, counts as salary so what's the point? Only slight advantage, if you need to pay salary, is that a director's bonus can be paid up to end of Jan following the April year end, so you could hang on to the tax a bit longer.Comment
