    NDA with a non-solicitation clause

I am planning to partner up with another ltd (a larger consultancy) to jointly bid for a piece of work. Want to ask them to sign an NDA to prevent them from approaching this client and bidding for this work independently.

Are there free templates I can use, somewhere? Or do I need a lawyer for this? Help..

If someone else is looking for this, here is what I found: NDA is not sufficient to prevent a partner (in my case, another ltd) from approaching my client and bidding for work independently. I would need a joint venture agreement and obv a lawyer to draft it (@ ~ £800 + VAT)

Given the low probability of winning, and a relatively low value of the overall project (100K) I decided against doing this.

And.... we didn't win the work in the end.
