for those who think that lobbying MPs will help. Or that we stand a chance of stopping the inevitable, just read the Twitter news feeds under Eamonn Holmes case.
The only ones saying IR35 is bad are f**king half baked loons. Everyone else thinks that Eamonn is just tax dodging scum.
That is, unfortunately, the view of the public.
Couple that with inevitable tax rises in the budget, and we should maybe think oursleves lucky that dividend tax doesn't go straight up to 35-40%.See You Next TuesdayComment

'Astonishing' IR35 defeat for Eamonn Holmes tipped for appeal
In fact, reacting to the verdict in Red, White and Green Ltd V HMRC, the founder of contractor tax advisory Pendragon Consultancy called the loss for Mr Holmes “astonishing”.
This shows just how much FTTT believes about permietractors. And how much FTTT judges will suck up to HMRC....Comment

Hang on... Pendragon Consultancy? Mrs De-Havillad? Didn't that lot have their finger in the pie of Crystal Umbrella when it went under.. And.. This is complete heresy but want Mr D-H something to do with a scheme one upon a time?'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!Comment
