The service has plummeted recently. No replies to emails or call backs.
For what they charge, the service is very poor.
Think I will be leaving them also in the near future.Comment

Should be a straight forward process. As standard I believe you have to give them a month's notice (and pay one more months fee) then give authority to your new accountant to write to them for handover. In the interim, they'll agree with you and your accountant what they'll take care of in the last month and hand over the information requested. All very seamless and straightforward. They're very professional and not obstructive. Should be basically the same process for most accountants.Originally posted by uk-newbie View PostBeen with them for over 4 years now but really not seeing any value for what i'm paying and the last 3 weeks of trying to get something done through them has been beyond a joke.
Has anyone left them recently ?
Was it a smooth process?
Any issues / penalties for leaving ?
Thanks in advanceComment

Invisiblehand, respond to Phil Manley's tweet
Invisiblehand ,seems you have posting 'libellious messages' about Phil Manley?Originally posted by Invisiblehand View PostLikely to me more difficult if you use their own software as opposed to Freeagent. Still, not insurmountable.
why don't you respond ?Comment
