Return vs Accounts Whats The Diff

Looked myself up on Companies House, is the return just the corp tax bit and the accounts the accounts ? Will they sent me a company return paperwork or do I need to request it ?

    Accounting Reference Date: 30/04
Last Accounts Made Up To: (NO ACCOUNTS FILED)
    Next Accounts Due: 27/02/2008

The return is a pre-filled in thing they will send you automatically, unless something has changed you just sign and send back. Just stuff like who the directors are, share allocations etc.

Accounts are accounts, profit and loss sheets etc. Nowt to do with CT, although that will be a figure in them.

CT is done by HMRC. You need to send a copy of accounts with your CT form to them. They should have sent you the address of your CT branch.
