Hi,
You may wish to speak to an Accountant as they can assist with regards to advising on working practices in regards to IR35 and also review the contract itself.

They can? Does that mean I can ask my IR35 specialist about preparing my end of year returns??Originally posted by DolanAccountancy View PostHi,

To ba fair, my accountant (BI Accountancy) also offers inclusive IR35 reviews of contracts. I've used the service on one occasion where I was accepting a few days of consultancy work, on a Friday afternoon, for a Monday start, and they made some recommendations which made sense.
I don't anticipate the same level of expertise as an IR35 dedicated advisory service, but I value an accountant offering the service for precisely the above circumstance. In fact, I could save money by switching accountants but I don't, in part because of value add services such as this. I think the importance of understanding the limitations of your service providers is key.Comment

Hi I require insurance as per my contract which is as follows
Public Liability - £5m Employers Liability - £10m Professional Indemnity - £1m
I have got a quote of £620 for turnover of just under £100k.
Does that seem reasonable to the more experienced contractors here?Comment
