That's how I would read it.. With my personal glasses on of course.

Up to you and if you feel you can defend it in an investigation. You have to weight it up against how much you will actually save putting them through the company.

You need to get some computer screen glasses, anti glare and everything. If you claim them back from your company let me know how you get on with HMRC?

I struggle to take money out of the company account, so anything helps.

I've got them but sadly they were the free pair I got with an offer at the opticians so didn't actually buy them so didn't put them through the company. They live in my laptop bag which never leaves the client so would have been happy to defend it.

Give me your bank logon info and I'll help you out with that. It really isn't that hard.

You lot must be on really low rates, if you want to save tax on forty quid's worth of specs.

It's easy to prove they are for computer use only. Chain them to your computer using a laptop anti theft cable.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

I think the chain idea is great! Now can I put the anti theft cable through the business bank account!

I reckon you could convince Hector they weren't for use in the real world

IIRC correctly it needs to be single vision for your intermediate prescription and the optometrist marks it something like Required for VDU.
