I am looking to get a forwarding address for my registered office, director's service address, business address for HMRC and general trading address for invoices. Can anybody recommend a trustworthy service for this? I might get sensitive mail (bank statements etc) delivered there so I would like to make sure they are reliable.

I use
Serviced Offices In Leeds | Bracken Business Centres
Cheapish, goodish, secureish, main problem is I get so little mail it tends to be a bit flakey as to when they send the stuff on (even though I ask them to send it straight away even if it's just one item at a time)Originally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyI can't see any way to do it can you please advise?
I want my account deleted and all of my information removed, I want to invoke my right to be forgotten.Comment

Can this be used for the registered office address? I thought there was something about company records having to be kept at this address, which would presumably not be the cases with such a service.Originally posted by Lance View PostMailboxes etc.
My accountant only provides the registered office service, but not service address or trading/business addresses.Originally posted by Andy O View PostYour accountant should provide all these services for a small annual fee. Mine does.
Hmm, that looks good (although I'm not sure what the pricing is - 50/year? 50/month??) but the flakiness worries me a bit. What happens if I get something time sensitive and they just don't forward it for weeks?Originally posted by SimonMac View PostI use

mail forwarding
'Companies Made Simple' have offerings for Service Address and Registered Office services. The option I use is for statutory mail only, which gets forwarded on to my personal address.Originally posted by Nils View PostI am looking to get a forwarding address for my registered office, director's service address, business address for HMRC and general trading address for invoices. They do have other options, including scan and email; not sure if they have services which extend to non-statutory mail.Comment
