End of year accounts roll
Hi again,
Just wondering from the NW users on here is it normal to be locked out of updating your transactions on Vantage for 2 weeks after your company year end? I know they have to roll the year forward to the new Company year on Vantage but 2 weeks later and still no access to file my transactions seems a lot? Just paranoid now this Accountant is just a slacker. Just to be clear I can access Vantage but cant add transactions as its the last company year still on there.
ThanksComment

What happened last year, at year end? If the new year was immediately available from day 1 then you have a reason to be concerned. If, last year, it took a little while, then this must be normal process.Originally posted by siouxchief View PostHi again,

2nd September informed that the process was occurring and to confirm all my invoices etc were up to date. This year no correspondence as of yet.
Just checked further emails and they still hadn't rolled the year forward by Sept 27th last year so I guess I just need to wait.Last edited by siouxchief; 14 September 2017, 10:31.Comment
