    Credit card claim

Hi, I purchased the installation of some cabling for my business recently and the quality was not acceptable. I raised this with the supplier but they decided to ignore the feedback and complaint despite multiple attempts. I have now contacted my business credit card company, as the payment was via themselves. They advised that Section 75 is not applicable when the credit card is in the name of a Limited Company.

Assuming this is true please can anyone give me advice on how to pursue a supplier for delivery of a substandard service? As a consumer Section 75 was appropriate in this instance!

    Many thanks in advance.

Its a business to business transaction. All you can do is never use that supplier again and take said supplier to court to reclaim the money after following the appropriate process.

Personally unless its £1,000s I would forget about it....
