With the Final Accounts report and the CT600 form now available in FreeAgent, our remaining work is to allow these to be filed directly to HMRC and Companies House.
I suspect I have a manual task to perform this year but next year it may save me a task.

It's a pretty straight forward formula that could easily be implemented in excel or similar.
Hint: it will include an if x > 4500 to differentiate between the 2 cases (above and below 10000 miles)

I've pulled out the detailed transactions for 249 (Milage account) but it just shows the monetary values. I know I can dived this by .45 and it will give me the miles but I want an easier way once I hit 10,000 and the rate changes so there will be a mix of data.

From a pretty flawless system (open banking aside which I blame Aldermore for rather than FA) this seems to be a big feature gap
First requested over 7 years ago and still not implemented :-(

I've got no issue with answering generic FreeAgent questions that may well help lots of people.

SimonMac - it does sound like you need to enter your opening balances. This will likely involve multiple numbers, taken from the closing trial balance of whatever you used for bookkeeping before (assuming that nicely tallied with the statutory accounts). Not something we can do via a few forum posts.
