Uk ltd leases and operates properties abroad - Should be taxed only in UK?

I run a UK company (operates from UK), for the purpose of seasonal leasing and operating vacational properties abroad, outside UK(in Greece) - (some of the operations are online and some are sub-contracted to third parties in the country where the properties are located).

I am not sure whether I can operate this company only from UK, that means that I have obligation to pay taxes only in UK, or I have to be registered and taxed in the country where the properties are (Greece) and generate incomes.

You need paid professional advice in this, birth in the UK and Greece.

My first instinct is tax in UK and Greece and the respective Double Taxation Treaty will need to be reviewed to see where the rights sit and / or offset of double tax.

Operating solely from the uk does not mean tax solely in the uk.

Do you have a greek tax roll number? If not you are likely to he in an expensive spot of bother at some point in the future.

Should be no worries, I thought no one paid tax in Greece, in any case

He said in the future - e.g. when the Germans finally buy the entire country and the panzers roll over

@OP this is not the best of places to find a definitive answer to your question. Contracting even abroad is quite different from a property letting business.
