I have won a project with a bank in the Netherlands.
Supplying UK self employed contractors into the Netherlands
UK contractor will invoice me - I will pay them,
12 month contractor with contractor coming back ad hoc
what are the tax implications to the contractor?

This is a question for a recruiter's forum rather than contractors. I suggest looking up this organisation: The Recruitment & Employment Confederation.

And consider joining them and using their resources, as I'm not sure that I would want to accept a contract from a recruiter with so little knowledge of the industry.
