Annual return --> confirmation statement - Total aggregate amount unpaid:

Th annual return seems to have changed into a confirmation statement, there is one bit not sure how to complete, the statement of capital section looks correct and carried over from previous annual return :

    Statement of Capital
    Currency: GBP - Pound Sterling
    Class: Ordinary
    Number of shares: 100
    Aggregate nominal value: 100
Prescribed particulars 1 SHARE EQUALS 1 VOTE

But not sure what to put into amount unpaid section in the 'Total aggregate amount unpaid' box that it wont let me continue unless I put something in ? :

    Amount unpaid
    GBP - Pound Sterling
Total number of shares issued 100
Total aggregate value of shares issued 100

This is the total value of the shares issued in this currency (Number of shares multiplied by their nominal value)

    Total aggregate amount unpaid: ?

This is the total value left to be paid to the company for the shares in this currency.

Any help on the Total aggregate amount unpaid much appreciated

    Many thanks

    Lawrence

    Unpaid Share Capital

What does it say in your last set of accounts?

The few that we've submitted so far have gone through as £nil with the Share Capital already been paid up.

Thanks for quick response, good call looking at accounts, in my accounts it says :

      SHARE CAPITAL
Allotted, called up and fully paid:
      2015 2014
      No £ No £
      Ordinary shares of £1 each 100 100 100 100

I guess as it says fully paid up I should put 0 in the aggregate amount unpaid box ?

      Many thanks,

      Lawrence

Yup, lots of people seemingly getting confused by this. Just put £0/zero.

Hope this will be considered useful enough and non-salesy enough to not be considered spam advertising...but we wrote a blog post for your average Joe trying to complete the confirmation statement for a simple Ltd Co here. Mods, if you're not happy with that feel free to just delete this whole paragraph.
