Declare dividend now but pay out later

oh RATS, I just waited 1 day too long to take a massive divi payment. The law is changed from 0am this morning not 0am next morning!

Declare the dividend dated 5th April, credit it to the director's loan account.
Draw down from the D/L account on 6th April.
