This sounds like a specialist Umbrella
    Contracting Services by Chesterfield Group

    OP
How did you get involved with them?
Was it via the agency providing the contract if so were they on their PSL or something?
I would suggest you check what their Margin is as it could be way more per week/month than those of us paying to a 'normal' brolly in the UK.

If it is expensive that probably reinforces the advice already given, use a local accountant in Hungary.
So now I am worried, am I being deceived, just how much sugar is really in a spoon full!

Ah, another one without their company number or VAT number of the website, or a contact email address.

I'd not be trusting my money to someone who can't even make their website legal.

Yes I agree Fred hence why I was curious how the OP ever came across them.

I am involved with them by the recruiter agency.
They get 5% of my monthly income.

I received yesterday an e-mail from them, they suggest that I become a sole entrepreneur in Hungary. I will have to set up an address to pay my taxes and I will need to go to the Immigration Office. They say they will contact an local accountant to help me out.
They said that I will be making contributions to the social fund for retirement and unemployment but the payouts are very low but my taxes are too.

I will work with the umbrella company so I can send the timesheets and they will bill the recruiter agency on time. I am still waiting for the financial forecast so I can have an idea of my net income and taxes.

Well, let's see how I am going to do, next week it's critical, I have to make a decision.

This is VERY important and I would suggest that you do not agree or sign anything until they give this to you.

It may be a very expensive mistake if you sign before you know how much you will earn.

And I would ask how much the agency are getting in commission from recommending this umbrella.

I got an email explaining the things that I have to do in Hungary. I also have a simple explanation about my financial forecast, gross income less the umbrella fees, less the taxes, less the local bookkeeping and other disbursements and the net is y.

Today I receive an email where I have to:

                    1. Under Anti money laundering legislation and for the payments can be processed I have to give a certified copy of my passport in date. I also must confirm my address with a copy of a document.
I questioned them if I can use my european citizen card instead of the passport.

                    2. I have to sign a indemnity letter. Is this normal?

                    3. I have to complete a questionnaire regarding some personal information (address, birth date, current employer, bank details).

So I am right now at this stage and I am inclined to go for it. Let's see.

No, this isn't normal - what are you indemnifying them against? Also, if you are having to pay for local book-keeping why on earth are you paying the umbrella?? What percentage of your gross income are they saying that you will paying in tax?
