Id be really interested in how this works. If the tool says I'm inside IR35, can I have loads of goes until it says I'm outside?Originally posted by LisaContractorUmbrella View PostOn CUK today (sorry if this is a KUATB) HMRC plans IR35-specific ESI tool for spring 2016 :: Contractor UK
I really think I am outside, and even the old tool told me so. But, I have a feeling this one will just be ridiculously hard to pass with 99% of people caught. -

They'd have to allow at least one go per contract, surely. And I'm sure I remember reading that it would be anonymous anyway.Originally posted by LisaContractorUmbrella View PostI would guess that you will only get one go

I think that would be a reasonable guess. And I wouldn't be surprised if you have to sign in to do it.Originally posted by LisaContractorUmbrella View PostI would guess that you will only get one go

I think you're right and I wouldn't mind betting that you will get some sort of certificate at the end which will have to presented to the agency who will then have to include the Cert number as part of the agency reporting requirements.Originally posted by TheFaQQer View PostI think that would be a reasonable guess. I know that's logical and this is HMRC so I could be waaayyyyy off the mark
