I really think I am outside, and even the old tool told me so. But, I have a feeling this one will just be ridiculously hard to pass with 99% of people caught.

I would guess that you will only get one go

They'd have to allow at least one go per contract, surely. And I'm sure I remember reading that it would be anonymous anyway.

I think that would be a reasonable guess. And I wouldn't be surprised if you have to sign in to do it.

I think you're right and I wouldn't mind betting that you will get some sort of certificate at the end which will have to presented to the agency who will then have to include the Cert number as part of the agency reporting requirements.

I know that's logical and this is HMRC so I could be waaayyyyy off the mark

Only if there is an offer of lifetime immunity regardless of outcome.
