Thanks for your work on this. My accountant is (understandably) pretty cautious about this right now. He's not strictly a contractor accountant (I've got some other complications in my business), but he filled me in on RLP. On this, however, he's skeptical.
I obviously don't expect you to give us clarity on the tax question (though I appreciate the link you provided). If we've got a worthless taxation authority that can't figure out how they view it, how are you supposed to figure it out?
But I assume Aviva has some kind of plan in place in the event of an adverse ruling, and it would be nice to know what that would be, in the interests of making an informed decision.
