        If you get your PI/PL (that is on your to do list isn't it?) from QDOS they will do basic checks for free. Three a year I believe. It will just be a contract check and not a full working practices one.

          It sounds to me as if the OP doesn't want to go Ltd if he is inside...
          In fact it sounds like they're not remotely prepared for this.
