    Accounting in Saudi

Had a look on here but couldn't find anything recent-ish.

Basically leaving my current contract to go contract in Saudi. It's a 6 month gig, daily rate etc etc. I've read from some people that it's recommended to not use my UK based Ltd company to contract abroad, and to instead set up an offshore company? Has anyone had any experience in a similar situation that they'd be willing to share?

My accountant is on holidays at the moment so just looking for some advice before he gets back. I'm not even sure whether he'd be able to advise on the offshore stuff anyway?

So the client is major engineering firm from the UK. They have a base out in Riyadh, which belongs to a Saudi based company of which the UK company owns 98% of. Riyadh is where I will be working from.
