So who here has there own Ltd company and manages it themselves? or who has a company manage it for them ?? What are the advantages of getting a company to manage it ??

Disadvantages:
1) they manage to c0ck up what is a straightforward task
2) they manage to convert you into a criminal by doing 1) (not putting Company Returns in on time, etc)
3) you have to pay them a fee to 'manage' what you could easily do yourself
Advantages:
1) a stress free life right until there's a big red bill on your doorstep or a knock on the door....
