Why didn't you ask the accountant first?

Seriously if you are paying someone for advice it's better to ask them than random people on the internet.

Plenty of people on here who take childcare vouchers or pay directly for childcare through their business I'm sure, but having a surplus of vouchers when shutting down your company seems like a bit of an edge case to me.
