I've just received an activation code through the post so that I can make NI payments. Between requesting access to the service and receiving the code though the post the website seems to have been updated and now isn't recognising one of MyCo's user id or password.
Has anyone else had this issue recently? I'll call them in the morning to see what the problem might be but since it's not VAT reporting time till month end it's maybe not something anyone has come across yet?
