Had one this afternoon - tore an absolute strip off him because I was in a bad mood and he then tried to sell me life assurance.

You've a vast amount to learn too.

Start with the First Timers Guides ------------------------------------------------>
      Over there to the right.

As you've found out there's no chance the Agency will do business the way you want, get it sorted out into a sensible and above all legal approach.

How do they contact you? Is it email/phone spam?
I don't really want to be contactable or in any list by said companies.

Phone calls usually - pretty certain they use the Job Sites and get your details from your CV. If you're trying to be easy to find for a potential client it stands to reason that you're easy to find for others sadly.

            They text and phone you.

Report any text message to your mobile operator as spam.

In regards to phone calls find out where they got your number from and point out it's on the TPS. They should slam the phone down on you.
