Inside ir35 what does this mean ??

It would be good to try and understand IR35 and apply a little of that knowledge

You could be inside IR35 because you were under the supervision, direction and control of the client. If you are asking whether or not you would have the rights of an employee if you deem yourself to be inside IR35 that's a whole other question

You would be caught by IR35 if you the three factors (control, personal service and mutuality of obligation) applied to your engagement with the end client.

If your old employer happened to be the end client then that does not guarantee that you would be caught by IR35, however it may mean that you fail the (soon to be scrapped) business entity tests; which have no place in the legislation.
