I've asked my ISP to upgrade my broadband to fibre. How long should I expect this to take?
(It's a BT line, btw..)

I'll just tell my otherwise good ISP to manage their customer expectations better. 'A few days' != 14 days in my book

By 'fibre' I'm guessing you mean fibre to the cabinet (FTTC) which is a VDSL setup for up to 76Mbps.
For me it was just over 2 weeks, but that was partly because it required an openreach engineer visit (to fit the new VDSL faceplate) and I needed to book a slot where I could be at home all day.
Mine from Be (miss you!) to BT Infinity was same day, perfect...
Me too. I had to move from Be to TalkTalk. It turned from great to crap overnight.

I had it installed 2 weeks ago. Took 4 weeks from the order. Presumably that's nothing to do with the ISP, but down to the availability of BT engineers.
