Long time listener, first time caller.
Seen a few posts where there is no notice period defined for the contractor to the agent, this is generally assumed to mean they have you until they are done with you, but reviewing my contract it states and i noticed something inneresting
I can find no other reference to the notice that the agent has to give to me, has anyone ever come across this before, I know with MOO they can say we have no work for you and here are your marching orders but it's not something I have seen before, although this is the first time I have worked in the finance sector.
