Many people have pointed this out, he is not fit for the role, it's clear who his favourites are and you will see them defending him shortly, however the others that have complained are targeted.

You never seem to ban certain users even though their behaviour is worse than some others, there have been threads created complaining by other users, I am sure not many will raise their heads as they will fear they will become targets of your vengeful modding.
