Speaking of yapping, here you are, uncontested master of the CUK content-free post.

It's a negotiation, for God's sake, not the Ten Commandments. There is room for movement on both sides. Perhaps you should start railing at the EU side who seem determined to sit there pretending to be De Gaulle rather than trying to find an acceptable middle ground themselves.
The EU doesn't need to find a middle ground. The UK holds all the cards, therefore the EU needs to move to the UK's position or face the consequences.

Vince Cable was on the box last night offering a sensible strategy.

        STAY IN THE EU

It's the best option anyone has thought of so far, but who knows what the Brexiteers may come up with...

... in the next few millennia

It dropped over a year ago. We are leaving the EU. It is unlikely to be entirely straightforward but in all honesty, anyone with an ounce of intelligence knew that anyway.
What it undeniably IS though is the democratic will of the majority, warts and all.
Perhaps that particular penny will drop with you and the rest of your teary dreary cohorts, but it is unlikely to be soon. You might need to stop holding your breath, stamping your feet, and shouting la-la long enough to realise it.

I have no doubt Brexit is going ahead, most probably now a hard Brexit, since Hammond has caved in.
                And I'm enjoying the entertainment.
It will be even funnier in a couple of years where I'll be observing with interest from abroad.

Brexit talks will not be held until DECEMBER amid Germany elections | World | News | Express.co.uk

Does anyone think Brexit is really going to happen ?

Even the simplest of problems becomes a huge thorny issue which enrages and infuriates the tabloid press, their cohorts of Brexit warriors and has to be debated by numerous Question Time audiences.

                  I'm alright Jack

Brexit - did they say it was now 2022 or is it a case of sometime this century?

As a fellow Argyll supporter (who else in South Devon?) you'll be aware the ferocious resistance that is built by continual reversal.

                    Referendum get thee behind me!!!

We Remainers are here to do the Lord's work. We're not going away any time soon.

The thing is, it seems only idiots believe what they read in the Express seeing as the German elections are on September 24th! Also the UK are negotiating with the EU, not Germany, ******* useless moronic twats (Express, Mail, Sun, Telegraph readers....)
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
