    Inside or Outside IR35?

Has IR35 achieved anything? By that, I mean has there been any net benefit to the Exchequer in terms of tax receipts?

Everyone I have ever worked with is either operating outside it or using a scheme.

Now, of course, someone on a low daily rate wouldn't gain that much by operating a PSC outside IR35 but then the Exchequer wouldn't reap much benefit either whether they were IN or OUT.

Let's see if this Poll reveals anything.

Had to use the Andyw option, there is no such thing as a PSC, so it was the only option I could tick.

I'm surprised there is not Tax Evasion option. Oh well.
If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.

Isn't tax avoidance and tax evasion the same thing under this Government?

It depends if you are Jacqui Smith or not.
