Had to use the Andyw option, there is no such thing as a PSC, so it was the only option I could tick.

Everyone I have ever worked with is either operating outside it or using a scheme.
Now, of course, someone on a low daily rate wouldn't gain that much by operating a PSC outside IR35 but then the Exchequer wouldn't reap much benefit either whether they were IN or OUT.
Let's see if this Poll reveals anything.
