I suggest you phone this number during office hours - 0800 917 2368 - and explain exactly what is happening.
I suggest you explain your case in as simple terms as possible to the person on the phone. Remember lots of people don't know what a contractor is however they do understand about agencies.
Yes you will have to leave your name, address and number but if you play it right you will suddenly get paid as they can ban the agency directors from ever setting up an agency ever again after raiding their offices."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Which we clearly aren't.As an agency worker, you have certain rights. For example:
you must receive the National Minimum Wage
you’re entitled to paid holiday
