I built a system in my last contract that was used by social workers (both adult and child protection) and others.

Massive respect for the work you do.

Thanks - it is the childcare people who really deserve the praise. What a thankless task, endless abuse and ignorant comments, hostility on a daily basis from the people you are trying to help, political interference, constant changes of policy, you name it. I honestly do not know how or why people would do the job. For us in adult care it isnt half so bad, though you are only as good as the services you can offer, which these days isn't always that good.
